                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER TO 
                   THE AGREEMENT WITH MXDESIGN, INC. RELATIVE 
                   TO ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES ON THE ADDITIONS 
                   AND ALTERATIONS OF THE SHEPHERD RECREATION 
                   CENTER, WHICH CHANGE ORDER INCREASES THE 
                   ORIGINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT BY ONE THOUSAND 
                   FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,500.00) 
                   FOR A TOTAL REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT OF 
                   TWENTY THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 
                   DOLLARS ($20,100.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized a 
       Change Order to the Agreement with MXDesign, Inc. relative to 
       architectural services on the additions and alterations of the 
       Shepherd Recreation Center, which Change Order increases the 
       original contract amount of $18,600.00 by $1,500.00 for a total 
       revised contract amount of $20,100.00.
